Today we started the journey once again. Soon after Isaac's adoption? yes...but who knew adopting Isaac would have been a 10 month journey! We can't gaurantee how fast or slow it will go this time. We went to an orientation today at our new adoption agency and feel great about working with them to adopt an African American newborn. They are a small Christian agency. We have begun our formal application and will be working to get everything together and turned in on January 20th-which is the day we will be traveling back to Waco to attend an 8 hour adoption training session. Our goal is to have everything turned in that day. We will see how that goes! I have been reading the book pictured above for the past month, along with contacting and researching between two agencies. We feel confident about going with the agency we chose for a straight adoption this time. Please pray for us as we try to seek ways to raise funds to pay for the adoption. And we can all begin praying now for the birthmother that will come forward to place her baby with us. We will keep you updated here...as we always do!
