We call this year, the "Year of the Babies". We had prayed and prayed the year before for God to give us a child. Boy, did He come through! At the end of November 2005, he brought this sweet toddler to our door. Well...she wasn't so sweet as we had to work through up to a dozen tantrums every day for several weeks. But we now refer to Stephanie as our Christmas angel because she arrived just in time to make us parents for Christmas. We loved her for two months. She left at the end of January. We were sad but anxious to see if God would give us a child in 2006 that we could adopt and raise as our very own. And just two weeks after Steph left, God followed through with the desire of our hearts...
