5 Years Ago

Five years ago today, Billy took me to an Italian restaurant in Grapevine, had a limo pick us up and take us to Grapevine lake, and asked me to be his wife. Here we are on our first date exactly 6 months earlier. Babe-it has been a wild ride! But I would date you, marry you, and adopt kids with you all over again if given the chance! Billy and I knew about 4 months after we met that we would spend the rest of our lives together. And I have never doubted that decision since. A favorite saying of ours whenever we make a big decision together has been, "there is no turning back now!" 5 years later with a house, 2 kids, 2 dogs, a minivan, mingled with lots of heartache and extreme joys... I am pretty sure there is no turning back now. Home is where you are, I love you, Honey!
