Hope Gala

Our adoption agency in Waco held their annual fundraiser called the "Hope Gala" last night. We had fun staying in a La Quinta with the kids and dogs. We were nervous when we pulled up to the grungy-looking hotel, but were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our newly renovated room with all new linens, flooring, carpet, and fixtures. The Gala was a lot of fun. There was a silent auction and live auction plus lots of fun food and drinks. They had posters of the babies adopted this year around the room on easels and they let us take ours home! We don't know where it is going to go, but it is pretty.
