Wed. night at around 8:00, our adoption agency called to say that our birthmother had gone into the hospital because she had been uncomfortable all day. So we loaded up and headed to Waco. Just outside of Waco, they called back to say that our she had been released to go home! So we are at a hotel and we will spend the day in Austin and the night at Brandi's house. Tomorrow is our birthmother's doctor's appointment. Please pray that they admit her to induce at that time. We would hate to have to turn around and come back! Especially since she should be giving birth any day now.
Billy said-this is kind of fun! Like an adventure! Shows you how little we get out! But he is right. It is best to look at the bright side of things...king size bed....cable....continental breakfast...it's like a honeymoon! You've heard of honeymoon babies, right? J/k
If we happen to stay at a hotel with internet axcess this weekend and anything happens, we will let you know!

Hey! I just found your blog again!!! I have been meaning to look it up for some time now, but always forgot when I was actually ON the computer!! : ( And I've obviously missed a LOT!!! Ya'll are adopting! I'm going to have to back read on this one b/c I have NO idea of anything, BUT it sounds like its through a private agency??? WOW! So excited for ya'll!!!!! Isn't it amazing to look back over the year and see the Lord's hand?! Praising Him!

Yes, it has been one crazy year. If you look at our January archive you will see 2006 in review. We have been working with this adoption agency only since December and already have a match! Amazing what God does...isn't it?!
