Sleep....anyone?

Can you see I am a bit sleep deprived these days? Hey...atleast I can smile about it, right? Some nights Isaac even joins us in the wee hours on the couch. I guess we are all trying to adjust to sleeping with a crying baby in the house. Yes, the baby likes to cry when she is awake. We are not calling it colic yet, because so far we are able to console her mainly by rocking and swaddling. She likes to be held while she sleeps and we have found that she doesn't really let us put her down unless she is tightly bound in this little contraption called The Miracle Blanket. We borrowed this from my sister who swears it was the only thing that would get my niece to sleep at night. And boy does it work! We are currently on the lookout for another one as this one doesn't get many washings since it is so popular around here. Last night I actually found Vivi's cord that had fallen off Sunday night in the blanket! Ewww. I was wondering where that thing had gone! Anyway, it resembles a straight jacket and Vivi just loves it! She will sleep 2-4 hours at night most nights if she is wrapped in this. Beautiful.
