Our Chosen Child

Tomorrow we go to court to finalize the adoption of our daughter, Vivianna! This is the day that she will be issued a new birth certificate with our names on it as her parents. That will arrive to us in a few weeks and then we can apply for her social security card. We can't believe she has been home six months. The time has really flown! I have a book called "Why I Chose You. 100 Reasons Why Adopting You Made Us a Family". I thought I would share some of the excerpts that I like the most:

Vivianna Hope, we can't imagine what our life would be like without you in it. Choosing you is one of the best decisions we have ever had to make. We are honored to be your Mom and Dad for the rest of your life.
